W.A.S.P. a finalist in NYC

Full-length play W.A.S.P. about U.S. Women Airforce Service Pilots during WWII was selected as a finalist out of 200 submissions by the Hudson Shakespeare Company for their first-ever New Works! festival.

has made my ten-minute version of Ethereal Killer a semifinalist!

 

 

 



Off B'way Bound

One-act dark comedy Ethereal Killer comes to Theatre Row in NYC July 22-26 at the Studio Theatre 410 w42nd Street.  It's part of a program with other "killer" one acts entitled "All's Well That Ends."  Produced by IAAM Productions and Aching Dogs Theatre Company.  July 22, 23, 24 @8:00, July 25 @2:00 & 8:00, July 26 @3:00.

 



International Women in Jazz Festival

Congrats to all my fellow Board Members;  Keisha St. Joan, Bertha Hope &  Prez Jackie Lennon for a wonderful all-day celebration on Saturday April 18,  2015 at St. Peter's Church that featured many jazz artists, upcoming jazz artists & of course the terrific all-women DIVA orchestra.

Pick of the Vine short play contest at Little Fish Theatre" in San Pedro, CA.

With over 700 submissions – this is quite a feather for the cap!

the Diez Minutos company in San Miguel de Allende (which I am told by the natives) is one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico has Let Bygones Be (see pics below) on their finals list as well. Would love to visit!

As part of the 3rd Annual Piney Fork Press Playwriting Festival (NYC) Let Bygones Be was one of eight 10-minute plays presented on Saturday August 23rd at the NYPL  George Bruce Theater at 1pm (Upper West Side/West 125th Street).
